3 months later... 25th January...

Today afternoon she was going to bring the kids over to Japan to meet Jaejoong, as it was his birthday tomorrow and she wanted to give him a surprise and celebrate it together with him.

Kim woke up with a unbearable nauseous feeling and she dashed to the bathroom to puke. She felt really uncomfortable and called her mum to come over and babysit the kids so that she could go see a doctor before going onto the flight later in the afternoon.

She came back from the doctor's with a bright smile on her face. She was pregnant. But she didn't tell anyone anything. Not even her mum. She just told her she was a bit too tired, so the doctor asked her to have more rest. She wanted the first person to know to be Jaejoong.

After a few hours' flight, Kim and the kids arrived at Tokyo Narita Airport on 26th Jan morning. She hailed a cab and called their manager's number. Only their manager knew that she was coming and he had been very nice and arranged for an apartment for her to stay in the same building as TVXQ.

Kim: Yobosayo Lee-ssi. Kim imnida. I've already arrived in Tokyo.

Lee: Kim!!! The guys are having dance practice at SM now. You wanna come over and visit them now?

Kim: Okay... I'll come over now with the kids...

Lee: See ya...

Kim: Ne... Kamsa hamnida... Bye...

The guys were sitting down and resting in between dance practice.

Jaejoong: This is frustrating!!! It's unlike Kim to not wish me happy birthday at midnight... I wonder what she's busy with? Has she forgotten my birthday? And her phone's off. When I called the house, there's no answer too... Can't contact her... I kinda worried now...

Micky: Probably she's busy with the kids so she didn't manage to answer the call. Don't have to worry. I'm sure she's fine.

U-Know: Yeah... Don't forget you have THREE kids... Not ONE... So she probably has her hands full when you called.

Xiah: Ne... I think so too... Talking about your kids... I kinda miss my god-son Jules... I wonder how much he has grown? Whether he still remembers me... His god-daddy...

Max: Hyung... Seriously... I think he should remember his DADDY... NOT his GOD-DADDY...

Xiah: Changmin!!! You are SO dead!!!

Xiah chased Max around the rehearsal room, while the rest laughed.

Suddenly...

Miki & Hugo: DADDY!!!!

Miki and Hugo dashed into the room towards Jaejoong like speeding bullets, when Kim opened the door for them. Jaejoong got a shock when his two kids jumped right into his arms, pushing him backwards and forcing him onto the floor.

Jaejoong: Miki, Hugo... How come you are here?

Miki: Mummy brought us here to give you a surprise for your birthday!!!

Hugo: Ne... Are you surprised?

Jaejoong scratched his head blurly and replied.

Jaejoong: Yeah... But where's your Mummy?

Miki and Hugo pointed at the door. Kim was just walking in with a luggage in toll and Jules in one arm. Jaejoong's eyes lit up when he saw her. She walked towards him after leaving the luggage near the door.

Jaejoong's thoughts: She was planning a surprise... That's why she was uncontactable... She was on the plane... I'm so glad she's fine...

Kim: Annyeong yeobo~... Saengil juka hamnida...

She leaned forward and planted a kiss on his lips. At the same time, Miki and Hugo kissed Jaejoong on his cheeks, and hugged him.

Micky: Wow... Such a happy family...

U-Know: So you're not worried anymore right hyung?

Jaejoong: Yeah...

Kim: You were worried?

Xiah: Cos you didn't send him a birthday msg or call at midnight...

Max: And when he called you you didn't answer... So he got worried...

Kim: Ah... I see... (turns to Jaejoong) We're fine right? As you can see...

Jaejoong nodded. He was ecstatic to have his wife and kids with him to celebrate his birthday, cos he couldn't even celebrate it in Korea with his parents and sisters.

They had a intimate party in the TVXQ apartment after their dance practice. Their manager Lee dropped Kim back first so that she could get some food prepared first. She left the kids with them, as the god-daddies wanted to spend time with their g0d-kids. So the three of them sat in front of the mirror and watched them as they practised their dance steps. Miki and Hugo joining them now and then when they heard the music.

All: Saengil juka hamnida... Saengil juka hamnida.... Sarang haneun Jaejoong/Daddy niye... Saengil juka hamnida... YEAH!!!!

Everyone sang the birthday song for Jaejoong and when he made a wish with his eyes closed. The other members smeared his face with cream.

Jaejoong: YAH!!! I thought I already said don't play with food!!! And this is MY cake!!! Don't destroy it!!!

Max: You guys did it to us last time during the concert... So there's NO WAY we're letting you off!!!

They chased Jaejoong around the house smearing him with cream. The kids followed suit and started chasing Jaejoong around with cream-filled hands. Kim giggled, trying to cover her mouth with her hand. Jules chuckled happily in Kim's arms, while looking at them play. When Jaejoong returned to the cake, his face, hair and body were all smeared with cream. Jaejoong blew his candles, made a wish and cut the cake, and passed the knife to Kim, who took over the cake-cutting while Miki and Hugo served the cake to their god-daddies. Jaejoong slipped behind Kim and whispered into her ear.

Jaejoong: Kamsahamnida for coming here to celebrate my birthday with me... This is REALLY a very special birthday...

Kim turned to look at Jaejoong. She giggled when she saw how badly smeared with cream his face and hair was. He looked kinda funny and cute at the same time with cream in his hair.

Jaejoong: Don't laugh at me... You're not getting away too... Cos you're my yeobo... We'll share everything together...

He rubbed his cream-smeared cheek against Kim's, smearing her face with cream too.

Kim: AHHH!!!! NO!!!! Joongie!!!

Everyone looked over at them when they heard Kim scream, and laughed when they saw that Jaejoong had now smeared Kim's face with cream too.

After they cleared up the mess, the guys hung out with their god-kids and left Kim and Jaejoong alone to have some time together. Jaejoong had led Kim to his room.

Kim: Wow... Your room's so...

Jaejoong: Loungey?

Kim: Yeah...

The lights were very dim and dark. Mood lighting. And the windows were half open, letting the cold winter wind come in.

Kim: You're not cold when you sleep like this?

Jaejoong: Oh cos I'm cold... But Yoochun loves the cold... So as his room-mate... I've to get used to it...

Kim: Poor Joongie...

Jaejoong walked closer to Kim and hugged her, with their foreheads touching.

Jaejoong: So... Where's my birthday present?

Kim: Oh yeah... Here...

Kim took a package from her bag. It was nicely wrapped in baby blue. Jaejoong took it and unwrapped it. It was a scarf in baby blue.

Jaejoong: You knitted this?

Kim: Yeah... I've one too...

Kim went over and took hers out from her bag, wrapping it around her neck. Jaejoong wrapped his around Kim's neck and pulled her over to him, before wrapping it around his neck too. So that they were pulled together by the scarf.

Jaejoong: Very warm... Kamsahamnida... Now I don't have to feel so cold...

Kim giggled.

Kim: There's something else... Here...

She passed him a letter. He opened it and read. Kim watched as his eyes widened with surprise.

Jaejoong: KIM!!! YOU'RE PREGNANT!!!

Kim: Ne... 3 months... So it was probably the last day we...

Jaejoong: THIS IS SO FANTASTIC!!! I'M GONNA BE A DADDY AGAIN!!!!

He carried Kim up and swirled her round and round. Kim giggled. He put her down after a few rounds.

Kim: Don't you get tired of doing this everytime you hear the news?

Jaejoong: Of course not!!! Changmin will be so happy to hear this... He's finally gonna be a god-daddy...

Kim: Ne... I know...

Jaejoong ran out of the room to tell everyone the news, leaving Kim in the room. Kim sat down on his bed. She could heard loud shrieks of joy from Miki, Hugo and Max, and the rest congratulating Jaejoong for becoming a daddy yet again...

Half a year later...

Doctor: Kim... Now take a deep breath and push...

Jaejoong was grabbing onto Kim's hand and wiping sweat off her forehead and his as he watched her pushing with all her might to deliver their baby. After some time and numerous times of pushing and deep breathing...

*WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!*

Loud baby's cries could be heard in the delivery room. Outside in the waiting area, there was a round of cheering too. As the rest of the guys were waiting outside together with Miki, Hugo and Jules who was already a year old.

Jaejoong: Kim... Kamsahamnida for doing this... I know it's very painful... Sarangheyo...

He kissed Kim's forehead.

Nurse: Mr Kim... Your wife's given birth to a healthy baby girl... Congratulations!!!

She passed the baby to Jaejoong's arms. The baby cooed when she was in Jaejoong's arms. He brought her to Kim and Kim kissed her on her cheek.

Kim: Hwanyong hamnida to the Kim family my baby girl...

Jaejoong smiled.

Jaejoong: Kim... I'll bring her out to let the rest take a look now yeah?

Kim nodded.

Jaejoong brought his baby girl out and the rest babied over her. Max begged Jaejoong to let him carry her. Another round of naming frenzy started AGAIN...

Max: Annyeong god-baby daughter... This girl is my god-daughter... *giggles happily to himself* Hmm.... Her name shall be... Let me see... What was the name I thought of... Masumi Kim... 金敏... like my name....

Jaejoong: So following Miki, Hugo and Jules... Her korean name will be 金洁敏... How's that?

ALL: That sounds good to me...

Max: Annyeong haseyo Masumi Kim 金洁敏... Joeneun Max Shim Changmin imnida. Your god-daddy imnida... This is Hero Kim Jaejoong, your daddy... Your mummy Kim is still in the operating theatre... Over here the tall namja is U-Know Jung Yunho, your Hugo-hyung's god-dad... That dandy namja is Micky Park Yoochun, your Miki-nuna's god-dad... And this cute namja is Xiah Kim Junsu, your Jules-hyung's god-dad... Mannasoe pangaseumnida... I've been waiting for almost years to meet you... Finally... we meet... Sarangheyo...

Masumi yawned after Max finished talking. Making everyone laugh happily at her cute action.
